Your custom gamertag "phrase" can be no more than 14 characters, including spaces, punctuation, special characters -- spelling and letter case does matter. Please refrain from inappropriate words, phrases, and profanity. We reserve the right to deny and or cancel an order with a jersey that would infringe and or violate these rules and guidelines.
For example, the gamertag "TrueBlue22" is different than "trueblue22". The font size will not change from our example mock-ups and the font color is a set color; it is not customizable.
Because it’s handmade for you, this football jersey requires 3-6 business days (from final order approval and order confirmation) before they are shipped. Orders placed before midnight will be included in the following day’s batch for manufacturing.
We offer sizes to include: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL.
A mock-up of the jersey will be created and sent to you for your approval -- we want to be certain that you provide approval of the gamertag on the back of (what will be) your jersey. The quicker you can approve the jersey mock-up, the quicker we can continue the processing and production of the jersey. Without your confirmation and approval of the mock-up, we cannot process your order. If we do not hear back from your with your approval in 10 days, we will cancel the order and refund your monies.
On the sample image included, to provide additional description for this product, the word "GAMERTAG" on the back of the jersey sample image is for demonstration purposes, only. The placement of this wording is to demonstrate where the placement of the custom gamertag will be placed.
We will use the email you will provide in the order process to communicate the approval process of the jersey mock-up. If you do not hear from us after 3 days (from order submittal), please reach out to us at our "info" email...just in case there were issues with our emailing you or other potential hiccups. Thank you.
